Our beginner class is designed for those who are new to Reformer Pilates and offers a full body workout. A slower and comfortable pace, easing you into the technicalities of the machine, focusing on the fundamental principles.Teaching you the basics, whilst building your confidence and strength.
*We recommend 3 BeginHER classes before joining other class offerings, regardless of previous experience with Pilates or Reformer at another studio. This ensures you’re familiar with our equipment, class structure, and safety protocols, helping you get the most out of your practice.
Our signature class is designed to challenge you and develop your technique, offering a full-body work out.This class is an intermediate level class for those who have developed sufficient confidence with the machine and wish to move onto a more challenging class.
This dynamic full-body workout moves with purpose through powerful and controlled movements, building upon your reformer practice.
Three BeginHER classes will be required before moving onto SignatuHER.
Our stronger class is an intermediate muscle-targeted class, focusing on specific muscle groups to sculpt and tone. We have our Glutes and Legs class, focusing on building the glutes, sculpting and toning the leg and focusing on the lower body. We also have our Arms and Abs class, focusing on toning the arms and strengthening the core, whilst also focusing on other upper body muscle groups, such as the mid-back.
Three BeginHER classes will be required before moving to StrongHER.

Is ReformHER for women only?
Women are at the forefront of our values and are classes are female focused however, we are not exclusively female-only.
We recognise that some may prefer a more tailored experience which is why we will be introducing ReformHim classes in the near future.
How much will the classes be after the £18 discounted classes finish?
The price will depend on wether you purchase a single class pass, package or membership!
Our mission is to make Reformer Pilates more accessible so we are committed to offering different options that fit different needs and budgets!
I am really interested but I have never done Reformer pilates before
That's amazing! Reformer pilates is for everyone and beginners are encouraged to give it a go.
We have our 'BeginHER' Class tailored specifically for those who are new to Reformer and we will ensure to include plenty of the BeginHer classes within the weekly schedule.
When can I get a ReformHER membership?
We will offer ReformHER memberships upon completion of our first month offer!
