Who are we?
We are a female-focused Reformer Pilates studio based in St Helier, run by women, and tailored for women! Our mission is to make Reformer Pilates accessible to the Jersey Community as we believe Reformer Pilates should be a lifestyle, not a luxury.
what we offer
We offer a range of classes to suit all preferences and levels. Our BeginHER class is tailored for those new to Reformer. Our Signature class is for those who have completed three BeginHER classes and are looking to develop their technique and challenge themselves further. We also offer targeted muscle classes with our StrongHER classes, for those who wish to focus on a particular muscle group.
We will soon be offering further styles of classes so stay tuned!
Our mission
We intend to pursue our mission by offering affordable class offerings, coupled with varied packages to suit all needs so everyone can enjoy the incredible benefits Reformer offers for your body; improving alignment, building strength and honing in on mind-body connection, serving as a work out, but also a meditative escape.

Is ReformHER for women only?
Women are at the forefront of our values and are classes are female focused however, we are not exclusively female-only.
We recognise that some may prefer a more tailored experience which is why we will be introducing ReformHim classes in the near future.
How much will the classes be after the £18 discounted classes finish?
The price will depend on wether you purchase a single class pass, package or membership!
Our mission is to make Reformer Pilates more accessible so we are committed to offering different options that fit different needs and budgets!
I am really interested but I have never done Reformer pilates before
That's amazing! Reformer pilates is for everyone and beginners are encouraged to give it a go.
We have our 'BeginHER' Class tailored specifically for those who are new to Reformer and we will ensure to include plenty of the BeginHer classes within the weekly schedule.
When can I get a ReformHER membership?
We will offer ReformHER memberships upon completion of our first month offer!
